About the Role

The Company is in search of strategic, hands-on leaders to join its Board of Directors for a healthcare services platform. This is an equity-based opportunity, and board members are expected to be highly engaged, offering guidance, introductions, and insights to accelerate value creation. The ideal candidates will have a background in senior living or facility-based care operations, value-based care, or payer-side executive roles, with a focus on operational scaling, financial growth, and value-based care initiatives. While previous board experience is welcomed, it is not required. The role involves governance and oversight, providing strategic input, and actively participating in board meetings and investor calls. Candidates for the Board of Directors should be prepared to contribute meaningfully to both tactical and strategic decisions, with a commitment to the company's growth and transformation. Responsibilities include reviewing and advising on financial performance, KPIs, and management reports, as well as collaborating with the executive team and private equity sponsor to support business milestones. The company is particularly interested in individuals with a growth mindset, a willingness to roll up their sleeves, and a strong network in the healthcare industry. The role is part-time and remote, with a focus on strategic engagement that goes beyond formal meetings, including offering introductions to potential partners and supporting the recruitment of key executives.
