Part-Time Sales Coordinator
The Part-Time Sales Coordinator provides administrative and operational support to the Sales Department. This role assists with lead management, client communication, event coordination, reporting, and ensuring a seamless experience for our guests and business partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the sales team with administrative tasks and daily operations
- Respond to inquiries and assist with group, corporate, and leisure bookings
- Maintain client databases and sales records
- Prepare contracts, proposals, and sales reports
- Coordinate site visits and client meetings
- Assist with marketing initiatives and promotional efforts
- Build and maintain positive relationships with guests and clients
- Collaborate with hotel departments to ensure successful group and event execution
Qualifications
- Previous hotel, sales, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and team-focused
