Part-Time Sales Coordinator

The Part-Time Sales Coordinator provides administrative and operational support to the Sales Department. This role assists with lead management, client communication, event coordination, reporting, and ensuring a seamless experience for our guests and business partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the sales team with administrative tasks and daily operations
• Respond to inquiries and assist with group, corporate, and leisure bookings
• Maintain client databases and sales records
• Prepare contracts, proposals, and sales reports
• Coordinate site visits and client meetings
• Assist with marketing initiatives and promotional efforts
• Build and maintain positive relationships with guests and clients
• Collaborate with hotel departments to ensure successful group and event execution

Qualifications

• Previous hotel, sales, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and team-focused
