If you're looking to learn alongside incredibly talented construction professionals and grow your career on complex & unique projects please apply today.The responsibilities for the Project Engineer II (Novi,MI) include:Solicit and qualify bids from subcontractorsAssist in developing bid scope summaries and approval formsResearch and track new and out of town subcontractorsCoordinate and manage construction drawings and generate RFIsConduct subcontractor safety orientations and safety inspectionsTrack and organize safety manuals, SDS, site signage, and barricadesMaintain site cleanliness and relocate staged materials as neededTrack, update, and distribute incoming drawings, bulletins, and submittalsReview submittals for contract conformance and manage distribution to A/ETrack meeting minutes and maintain project databases along with project bindersAssist with daily report preparation and track onsite construction progressDevelop and maintain three-week look ahead schedules and material status reportsSupport onsite supervision, subcontractor productivity tracking and managementAssist in project close-out, including punch lists, as-built drawings, and documentationOther duties as assignedMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
