Financial Controller

A homecare company is seeking a highly experienced and talented Financial Controller to oversee all financial operations and provide strategic financial leadership. This role requires deep knowledge of homecare finance, reimbursement structures, budgeting, financial reporting, and regulatory requirements.

The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands on, with the ability to manage financial operations while providing leadership and guidance to the accounting and finance team. This individual will play a key role in ensuring financial accuracy, maintaining compliance, and supporting the organization's continued success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all accounting and financial operations
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning
• Prepare and review financial statements and reports
• Monitor financial performance and identify areas for improvement
• Ensure compliance with healthcare and financial regulations
• Oversee reimbursement, billing, and revenue cycle related financial processes
• Develop and maintain internal financial controls
• Support executive leadership with financial analysis and strategic planning
• Lead and mentor accounting and finance staff

Qualifications:

• Extensive homecare finance experience required
• Prior Financial Controller or senior finance leadership experience required
• Strong knowledge of healthcare reimbursement and financial operations
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent analytical and problem solving abilities
• CPA or advanced accounting credentials a plus
• Ability to work in a fast paced and growing organization
