Osteopractic treatment is designed to provide a holistic and evidence-based care path to patients with acute and chronic pain, disabilities, and illnesses that impact their quality of life. As a premier health care provider in the Metro Detroit community, Back to You Osteopractic Physical Therapy & Rehabilitation delivers expert injury rehabilitation, chronic pain treatment, nutrition education, and elite fitness training to patients of all ages.Your role in our team:Perform physical examinations and assessments of patients to determine their specific needs and preferences for massage therapyAdminister various massage techniques, including deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and acute pain management, to provide relief and relaxation to patientsUtilize knowledge of physiology and medical terminology to effectively communicate with patients and address their concerns or questionsDevelop personalized treatment plans based on patient assessments and goals set by physicianMaintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient progress and treatment plansCollaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as physical therapists, occupational therapists, and physicians, to ensure comprehensive patient careProvide exceptional patient service by creating a comfortable and welcoming environmentThe successful candidate must have the following attributes:Excellent communication skillsSelf motivatedResponsible, dependable, high personal standards and values excellent client care, guest service and attention to detailPrevious experience working within a professional or high standard spa environmentAble to work in a team environmentLicensed Massage Therapist/ Active Michigan License requiredCross trained in multiple services including Medical massage, myofascial release, Swedish Massage, sports massage, and Deep tissue qualifications highly preferredCompensation: $40.00 per hour
