Senior Accounting Analyst

We are partnering with a highly stable, large-scale manufacturing organization to add a Senior Accounting Analyst to their team. Key Responsibilities Lead month-end close activities related to plant operations, including journal entries, account analysis, and variance explanations Monitor and evaluate production-related costs, identifying trends and drivers impacting financial performance Support budgeting and forecasting processes tied to manufacturing output and spend Partner with operations teams to ensure accurate financial data tied to inventory and production activity Assist with cycle counts, physical inventory observations, and reconciliation processes Analyze financial results and provide insights to leadership through reporting and ad hoc analysis Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance 2+ years of experience in accounting or finance (manufacturing exposure preferred) Advanced Excel skills and comfort working with large datasets Progress toward or interest in a CPA or similar certification is a plus Why This Opportunity Long-term career growth with clear progression paths into leadership roles Highly collaborative and team-oriented culture Strong financial stability and consistent performance over time Competitive benefits including retirement and education support #J-18808-Ljbffr
