Shift Description: Monday-Friday - 8a-4p (onsite), 4p-7a (night call); Sat-Sun (7a-7a) - 24 hour call

Weekend Requirements: Yes 24 hour call (7a-7a)

On Call Requirements: Night call (4p-7a) & 24 hour (7a-7a)

Board Certified Urology - Required or Truly Board Eligible (0-5 years of residency completion)

Active CO License - Highly Preferred

Active BLS - Required for credentialing

Active DEA - Required for credentialing (site will consider a transferred DEA, however, must keep this DEA for the duration of the assignment, not just for shifts worked.)

Candidates must detail which of the stints open through Sept 2025 they are able to cover and must be available for any stint in job description to be considered - Required

Candidates must be able to perform Robotic procedures - Required

Must acknowledge candidate understands the EMR training requirements set forth in job description and will complete in this order to avoid missing their start date - Required

Clean Malpractice - Required, Candidates who present with a self inquiry NPDB report at time of presentation will be considered with priority over those that do not.

Clean Background - Required

Coverage needs are Monday-Friday, 8a-5p and the physicians will be covering clinic and scheduled procedures. Candidates must be able to perform Robotic procedures to be considered.
