Must be passionate about early childhood education. Collaboration skills and patience required. Relevant certification preferred. Experience in caregiver role advantageous. Must pass background check and possess CPR/First Aid certification. Knowledge of age-appropriate developmental milestones advantageous. Full-time availability, flexible schedule, and ability to adapt to changing needs essential.
