Work/life balance is very important to us. We offer 10-hour shift scheduling with 2-3 days off in a row without working more than 3-4 days.

The shifts we currently have available are 1pm-11pm and 9pm-7am with days off as assigned including every other weekend. At our facility, you will play a crucial role in delivering essential healthcare services that make a profound difference in the lives of our patients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform patient and staff health appraisals and conduct health clinics.
• Perform physical examinations, document patient visits and assist in patient record management.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary health teams to address patient needs, including mental health interventions and medication administration.
• Respond to medical emergencies and provide hands-on care and support.
• Maintain and prepare medical supplies, assist with lab services (i.e.: UA's, EKGs), and support telemedicine and x-ray services.
• Ensure proper medication administration, accountability and documentation following institutional policies.

Minimum Qualification Requirements

Licensure as Registered Nurse in the State of Iowa by the Iowa Board of Nursing or licensure as a Registered Nurse in accordance with the Nurse Licensure Compact Administrator's Agreement of the National Council of State Boards of Nursing.
