Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our growing team in Phoenix, Arizona. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who enjoys helping customers, resolving issues, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. This role serves as the primary point of contact for customers via phone, email, and chat while maintaining accurate records and supporting day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by responding to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
  
• Resolve customer concerns, complaints, and service issues while maintaining a positive customer experience.
  
• Communicate with customers through phone, email, chat, and other communication channels.
  
• Process orders, requests, account updates, and other customer transactions accurately.
  
• Maintain detailed and accurate customer records in company systems.
  
• Conduct follow-up communications regarding customer inquiries, service requests, or account updates.
  
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure prompt resolution of customer concerns.
  
• Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and service delivery.
  
• Meet established quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction goals.
  
• Support additional administrative duties and special projects as assigned.
  

Qualifications
Required

• High school diploma or GED.
  
• 1+ years of customer service, call center, administrative, retail, or related experience.
  
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer applications.
  
• Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
  
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  

Preferred

Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce, Zendesk, or similar platforms.

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
  
• Previous experience in a high-volume customer service environment.

Pay Details: $18.00 to $21.00 per hour
