IT Technician I Hardware & Help Desk Support
The Specialty Alliance
GI Alliance seeks an IT Technician I to provide technical support to practice offices, the CBO, and physicians. You will troubleshoot hardware, install software, and maintain user accounts across office locations, with travel as needed within and outside the DFW Metroplex. Associate’s degree or equivalent with 1–4 years in IT, plus A+ certification and at least one of Network+, Security+, MCP, CCENT, or VCP.
