Pool Bartender / Part Time

Position Overview Seasonal Bartender (June 2026 – Mid‑January 2027) at Lake Arrowhead Resort and Spa, a scenic property located in the San Bernardino Mountains. The role focuses on delivering memorable hospitality through engaging service and high‑quality beverages. Responsibilities Greet guests as they arrive or move about the bar area. Maintain proper and adequate set‑up of the bar daily. Guide guests on their beverage journey through descriptive selling of the menu. Take accurate orders, confirming all special requests. Serve as the master of the bar, understanding details to enhance conversation. Collaborate with restaurant servers and kitchen/bar staff. Assist guests with concerns and guide them to a satisfactory resolution. Finalize the experience through timely and accurate bill presentation. Requisition, stock, cut, and store beer, wine, spirits, fresh garnishes, juices, and other perishables. Mix, garnish, and present drinks following standard ingredient recipes and portion control. Input orders into the point‑of‑sale register and create checks for each guest. Lock up, store, and secure all beverages, food, and equipment; deposit cash drops and secure bank. Qualifications Engaging and welcoming personality. Current bartender certification or appropriate license. Knowledgeable in latest mixology trends. Descriptive and sales‑oriented communication. 2–4 years of bartender experience. Familiarity with wine, beer, cocktails, and spirits. Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
