RN - Nurse Lead

Schedule: Nights, 12-hour shifts

Assignment Details:

• Contract Length: 13 weeks
• Guaranteed Hours: 36 per week

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Provide unit-based leadership and collaborate with management, physicians, and staff.
• Supervise and direct nursing and ancillary personnel while exercising professional and supervisory discretion.
• Ensure delivery of cost-effective, professional care leading to positive patient outcomes and high satisfaction.
• Assess and implement improvements to enhance the quality of patient experience.
