Job Title
Performs the full spectrum of police officer duties within the assigned jurisdictions
Conducts investigations/surveillance: Conducts investigations of crimes and complaints covering a wide range of subjects and allegations that are not within the scope of Air Force Office of Special Investigations (AFOSI) or the scope of the higher-level detectives assigned to the Squadron
Performs as Base Defense Operations Center (BDOC) Controller: Serves as the primary command and control (C2) function for all Integrated Defense forces
Performs emergency response and incident command and control: Acts as the initial on scene commander for significant and catastrophic events (e.g. active shooter, terrorist attacks, and natural disasters) and initiates Air Force Incident Management System (AFIMS)
