Business Analyst-3

Job Description Partner with clinical and operational teams to define, track, and report performance metrics Analyze data to identify improvement opportunities and provide insights to leadership Develop and maintain KPIs, dashboards, and reports (clinical, operational, financial) Manage and prepare data from multiple sources for reporting and analysis Support system-wide quality improvement and strategic decision-making Collaborate with analytics and business teams to enhance analytic products Skills and Requirements 4+ years of BA experience (business, healthcare, engineering, information systems, or mathematics) Strong proficiency in SQL, Snowflake, Power BI/Tableau, or other data visualization tools Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presenting insights to executive audiences Ability to summarize data, present findings, and facilitate discussions Self‑motivated, collaborative, and highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities Come from a PI (process/performance improvement) background Lean Six Sigma or willing to obtain CAPM or Scrum master Master's degree Qualified candidates will receive consideration for employment regardless of their race, color, ethnicity, religion, sex (including pregnancy), sexual orientation, gender identity and expression, marital status, national origin, ancestry, genetic factors, age, disability, protected veteran status, military or uniformed service member status, or any other status or characteristic protected by applicable laws, regulations, and ordinances. #J-18808-Ljbffr Insight Global
