Location: Santa Maria, CA · Full-time · $70,000–$230,000/year

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Perform residential service, diagnostics, and repairs in your trade
Deliver an outstanding customer experience on every call
Present honest, accurate options and solutions to homeowners
Keep your truck and job site clean and organized
Complete documentation accurately and on time

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Proven residential service experience in your trade (HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, or Drain)
The right credential for your trade: – Electricians: current California electrician certification (DIR/DLSE) – HVAC: EPA 608 certification for refrigerant handling – Plumbers & Drain: strong hands-on residential service experience
Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
Customer-first mindset with excellent communication
Reliable, professional, and team-oriented
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
