Meta Sales Specialist

Job Type: Regular Work. Location: Best Buy 251 – Glendale, AZ 85308. Pay: $20.50 per hour. Schedule: 20 hours per week. Friday 4:00 pm – 8:00 pm; Saturday & Sunday 11:00 am – 7:00 pm. Holiday Schedule: Additional shifts added in November and December for key customer shopping days. About the Role In this role you will work closely with retail shoppers to recommend Meta products that meet their needs. You will be the go-to person for customers seeking information about Meta’s products, ensuring an interactive, informative shopping experience. You will train retail associates on new AI apps and tools. The team provides all technology training. Responsibilities Build relationships within a retail environment and possess a technology‑first mindset. Showcase Meta devices and accessories and help customers see how they enhance their lives. Understand customer needs and confidently recommend the perfect Meta product. Represent Meta and 2020 Companies professionally and foster positive relationships with customers and store staff. Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to the team's success. Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing Meta display with the latest devices and promotions. Track customer interactions, feedback, and sales electronically and submit daily reports. Partner with retail sales associates and leaders, share knowledge, and contribute to a positive work environment. Schedule primarily Friday, Saturday, and Sunday shifts and adapt to local store environments. Adhere to all operational policies while representing 2020 Companies. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum of six months of experience in sales, electronics, retail, telecom, or marketing. Interest in AV and VR products is a plus. Ability to engage, demonstrate, and ask for the sale. Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills. Impeccable integrity and a genuine commitment to exceeding customer expectations. Thrives in a fast‑paced team environment. Availability to work weekends and up to a minimum of three one‑time weekday shifts. Owns a smartphone with iOS 11+ or Android equivalent capable of running Meta apps. Can stand, walk, reach, lift up to 20 lbs, and perform continuous hand/eye coordination and fine manipulation; accommodations may be made.
