We are seeking a passionate Home Health Occupational Therapist (OT) to help clients reclaim their independence, adapt their living spaces, and safely master the daily routines that bring meaning to their lives.

Our mission is to enable clients to remain in the comfort of their own homes while receiving the care they need.

What You'll Do
- Transform Environments: Evaluate homes and implement creative modifications to maximize patient safety.
- Restore Independence: Design client-centered plans to help patients confidently master activities of daily living (ADLs).
- Empower Support Systems: Train families and caregivers on proactive safety strategies and transfers.
- Drive Team Care: Partner with doctors and nurses to coordinate comprehensive, holistic recovery plans.
What You Bring
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of clinical OT experience ; home health experience is a major plus!
- Credentials: Active State OT License.
- Drive: A valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and a passion for autonomous care.
