IBM FileNet Developer

Job Summary We are seeking an experienced IBM Content Manager / FileNet Developer with strong expertise in content management solutions and a solid background in the insurance domain. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience working with document production applications and a deep understanding of the insurance industry's documentation requirements. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-level solutions using IBM Content Manager and FileNet. Work closely with business analysts and insurance domain experts to gather requirements and implement document workflows. Develop and enhance Document Production applications to meet evolving business needs. Optimize and troubleshoot existing FileNet-based solutions. Ensure compliance with organizational and industry best practices in document management and security. Participate in code reviews, system testing, and deployment processes. Required Skills & Qualifications Strong experience with IBM Content Manager and FileNet P8 platform. In-depth knowledge of Document Production applications. Proven experience in the Insurance domain, particularly with document workflows and processing. Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Preferred Qualifications Prior experience integrating FileNet with other enterprise applications. Exposure to document scanning, imaging, and archival processes. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
