Manager of Accounting - High Growth Services Firm

We're working with a High-Growth Consumer and Distribution Services Firm. They are seeking a Strategically driven professional within their Controllership team. Will be responsible for all Accounting and Financial Operations - Month-End, Reporting, Budgeting, Analysis, Supporting Audit, Finance, and Tax Teams. Reporting to Controller - Head of Team, this professional will be working with Executives, COO, and Sales team. Responsibilities: Responsible for Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, P&L for Month/Quarter/Year-End accounting close and financial reports Responsible for Revenue, Margins and Cost tracking metrics discussed with stakeholders across the business Owner of cash management function including forecast, monitor and track cash flow reports while identifying and evaluating variances. Review customer invoicing processes and contractual agreements to reconcile revenue. Perform key elements of the financial cycle and supporting subsidiary processes. Manage detailed variance and fluctuation analyses. Assist FP&A with accounting interpretations for budgeted transactions Assists in the annual audit. Skills/Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting is a must, CPA preferred. 5+ years accounting experience out of Public Accounting or Private Accounting team is a plus Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and Revenue Recognition is needed In depth experience working with general ledger and financial analysis, including journal entries and doing detailed account analyses. #J-18808-Ljbffr Coda Search│Staffing
