Client Relations Specialist

Position Overview: The Client Relationship Specialist (CRS) supports several financial advisors by providing a wide range of administrative and client service tasks as part of an expanding centralized client service division. The CRS serves as a first point of contact for clients, owns the accuracy of client information in the CRM, and coordinates new account paperwork, money movement, and day-to-day service requests through the firm's centralized onboarding and trading teams. Working across custodial platforms and firm reporting systems, the role ensures operations run efficiently and clients receive an exceptional service experience. Key Responsibilities: Client Interaction : Serve as the first point of contact for clients, answering phone calls, and scheduling, confirming, and preparing materials for client meetings, including annual review meetings. CRM Maintenance : Responsible for the upkeep and accuracy of client information in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. Account Management : Facilitate all aspects of new account paperwork, rollovers, money movement, and additional paperwork tasks through the centralized account onboarding team. Reporting and Analysis : Interact with various platforms and workflows such as custodial portals, Orion Reporting, and eMoney to assist in client onboarding, reporting, and related service requests. Trading Support : Facilitate advisor trade instructions through the centralized trading team and maintain familiarity with custodial platforms such as Charles Schwab, Fidelity, Pershing, Goldman Sachs, and LPL. Qualifications: Education Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience in the financial services industry. Experience 1-3 years of experience in a client service or operations role within a financial services environment, preferably in an RIA, wealth management, or brokerage firm. Knowledge of financial products, account types, and investment industry terminology. Experience with account opening, transfer processing, and move money transactions is highly desirable. Technical Skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook). Experience with CRM (Salesforce), custodial platforms (e.g., Schwab, Fidelity, Pershing), and financial account management systems is a plus. Strong understanding of financial transactions, including wire transfers, ACH, and other methods of money movement. Certifications (preferred, but not required) Series 65, or other relevant financial industry certifications, are a plus but not required.
