Clinical Program Manager

Supporting the goals of the Law School and Clinical Program, the full-time Clinical Program Administrative Manager will manage daily administration, human resources, fiscal management, and procurement for nine legal clinics and an interdisciplinary center, ensuring effective operations and client satisfaction. Key responsibilities: Oversee the administration and operations of the legal clinics, including policy creation and client outreach Manage fiscal responsibilities, including invoice preparation and payment tracking for clinics and online courses Develop marketing materials and represent the Clinical Program at community outreach events and conferences Required qualifications: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education, experience, and training Experience with conference planning and online education support Strong writing and communication skills Proficiency in data entry, database management, and various software programs Ability to maintain confidentiality and work with diverse constituencies
