Key Responsibilities Coordinate sales orders from initial inquiry through final delivery, including order entry, confirmation, and status updates. Prepare, review, and manage commercial and shipping documentation (invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, certificates of origin, mill test certificates, and related import/export paperwork). Liaise with customers, mills/suppliers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and carriers to ensure accurate and timely documentation and deliveries. Track shipments and proactively communicate any delays, discrepancies, or required actions to internal teams and customers. Maintain organized digital and physical records of sales transactions, contracts, and compliance documents. Support the sales team with pricing updates, inventory availability checks, and customer follow-ups. Assist with resolving documentation or logistics issues to minimize disruptions. Ensure all documentation complies with company standards, customer requirements, and applicable trade regulations. Perform additional administrative and coordination tasks as needed to support efficient sales operations. Qualifications & Requirements Proven experience in sales coordination, order processing, or documentation roles (preferably in steel, metals, trading, manufacturing, or logistics/import-export environments). Strong attention to detail and accuracy in preparing and reviewing commercial and shipping documents. Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple orders and deadlines simultaneously. Clear written and verbal communication skills for effective coordination with customers and internal/external partners. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook); familiarity with ERP/order management systems is a plus. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in a small, fast-paced team environment. High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred. Must be able to work on-site in Anaheim, CA. Preferred Qualifications Experience with steel or metals products and related terminology. Knowledge of international trade documentation, Incoterms, or import/export processes. Bilingual (English/Spanish or English/Korean) is a plus.
