Sales Admin

Shift: 7am-3:30pm (Start time varies) Pay: $20-$25 or DOE Temp to Hire Bilingual Located in City of Fullerton Job Summary The Sales Admin role plays a crucial part in ensuring seamless operations, excellent customer service, and efficient coordination of sales activities. The Sales Admin has strong organizational skills, an ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and a passion for the industry. Key Responsibilities Assist the sales team in managing customer accounts and processing orders Coordinate with suppliers, logistics teams, and internal departments to ensure timely deliveries Maintain and update customer databases, sales reports, and inventory records Handle customer inquiries, providing product information and resolving order-related issues Support pricing and contract negotiations by preparing proposals and documentation Assist in marketing and promotional activities, including trade shows and client engagement events Track and analyze sales performance, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement Ensure compliance with aviation regulations and company policies Qualifications & Skills Experience: 2+ years in sales coordination, aviation distribution, or a related industry Technical Skills: Experienced in CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and inventory management software Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills for customer interactions and internal coordination Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and multitask effectively Industry Knowledge: Understanding of aviation parts, logistics, and distribution processes is a plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr Fairway Staffing Solutions
