About Argonove Argonove is a digital infrastructure investment platform focused on developing and investing in university-anchored AI-ready data center campuses across the United States. We partner with universities, institutional investors, technology partners, and developers to create scalable digital infrastructure that supports AI research, workforce development, and long-term institutional value. Our initial focus is on 10–50 MW AI-ready data center campuses designed to complement hyperscale deployment while strengthening regional innovation ecosystems. Position Overview Argonove is seeking an experienced Investment Associate to support investment origination, financial analysis, transaction execution, and strategic initiatives as we continue building our platform. This is an opportunity to join an entrepreneurial investment firm at an early stage and help shape a differentiated digital infrastructure strategy. Responsibilities Build and maintain complex financial models. Evaluate digital infrastructure and energy investment opportunities. Support due diligence and transaction execution. Prepare investment memoranda and committee materials. Conduct market research across AI infrastructure, data centers, power, and higher education. Support fundraising materials, investor presentations, and data room preparation. Assist with university partnership analyses. Coordinate with legal, technical, financial, and development partners. Support portfolio and pipeline management. Preferred Qualifications 3–7 years of relevant experience in: Infrastructure Private Equity Digital Infrastructure Investment Banking Project Finance Infrastructure Investing Strong financial modeling skills. Experience preparing investment committee materials. Excellent PowerPoint and Excel skills. Strong written and verbal communication. Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently.
