Sales and Events Coordinator

Supporting sales and event operations, the contract Sales and Events Coordinator will manage logistics, maintain accurate data, and ensure effective communication across teams and external partners in a hybrid work environment based in Philadelphia, PA. Key responsibilities Coordinate day-to-day administrative functions, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and meeting support for leadership and sales teams Support event planning and execution for conventions, trade shows, and client meetings by managing logistics, vendor coordination, and attendee communications Maintain accurate records within CRM systems and prepare reports, presentations, and related materials Required qualifications A degree in a related field is preferred, or equivalent professional experience At least two years of experience in administrative support, event coordination, or a similar environment Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and familiarity with CRM or event management tools Ability to manage multiple priorities independently while maintaining confidentiality Excellent organizational and customer service abilities
