Job Summary Our Pizzeria is looking for a dependable, motivated Line Cook to join our kitchen team. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, take pride in preparing quality food, and work well with others, we'd love to hear from you.
Duties
- Prepare, cook, and plate menu items efficiently while maintaining consistency and quality standards
- Follow recipes, portion controls, and presentation guidelines to ensure customer satisfaction
- Handle food safely by adhering to proper food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures at all times
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, kitchen equipment, and storage areas to meet health regulations
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and smooth kitchen operations
Experience
- Previous restaurant or line cook experience preferred but not required.
- Proven background in food preparation, cooking, or restaurant service within the food industry
- Skilled in culinary techniques including knife skills, meal preparation, and food handling safety protocols
- Experience with menu planning and catering operations is a plus
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment and food safety standards required for maintaining a clean and safe environment
- Strong understanding of food service operations and customer service principles
- Demonstrated ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen setting while maintaining attention to detail
