Lead Generator Technicain

We are recruiting a Lead Generator Technician to help launch and grow a new service operation in the Austin, TX market. This is an excellent opportunity for a senior‑level generator technician who wants to take on a leadership role while remaining hands‑on in the field. Position Offers Up to $55/hour depending on experience. If your target pay is higher, we still encourage you to apply—we may be able to request adjustments based on experience and market conditions. Excellent medical, dental, vision, and PTO benefits Company vehicle, cell phone, and laptop provided Opportunity to build and lead a growing service team Responsibilities Diagnose, service, repair, and maintain commercial standby generators Perform PMs, load bank testing, troubleshooting, and emergency service Service ATS equipment and related power generation systems Support municipal, university, public safety, and commercial customers Work independently while helping grow the Austin service operation Mentor future technicians as the team expands Requirements 5+ years experience servicing commercial standby generators Experience performing PMs, diagnostics, and load bank testing Diesel and/or natural gas engine knowledge ATS experience required; switchgear is a plus Experience with generator controllers Ability to work independently in a field service role Leadership experience or interest in growing into a lead technician role preferred Application Process If your experience matches the description above, submit your resume, and one of our recruiters will be in touch to tell you more about the position and learn more about your experience and aspirations.
