Base Pay + Commission

As an Outbound Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in generating delivery partners in assigned regions and maintaining accurate records of interactions and progress within CRM systems. The role requires you to meet or exceed monthly key performance indicators (KPIs), including call volume, conversion rates, and partner activation goals. You will also respond to and qualify inbound leads from prospective partners, conduct consultative sales calls, and provide valuable feedback to leadership on lead quality, market trends, and customer insights.

Responsibilities

• Generate delivery partners in assigned regions through outbound sales efforts.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and progress in CRM systems.
• Meet or exceed monthly KPIs such as call volume, conversion rates, and partner activation goals.
• Respond to and qualify inbound leads from prospective partners.
• Conduct consultative sales calls to understand partner needs and present the value of our delivery solutions.
• Provide feedback to leadership on lead quality, market trends, and customer insights.

Essential Skills

• 2+ years of inside sales or business development experience, preferably in logistics, retail, or tech.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
• Comfortable making high volumes of calls and managing multiple leads simultaneously.
• Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and sales enablement platforms.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Work Environment

The work environment includes expected hours from Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm, with the requirement to come into the office 1-2 times a week for meetings. The role offers the opportunity to join a growing program that partners with small businesses across the US, creating mutually beneficial scenarios. Employees are eligible for 2 weeks of paid time off after a successful performance review, which occurs after 6 months. Additionally, the role includes the potential to earn commissions on outbound sales.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $29.00 - $29.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
