Proactive assistance: Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADL) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and oral care. Qualifications At least eighteen (18) years of age. High school diploma or equivalent. Fluent in reading, writing, understanding, and communicating in English with residents. Positive and energetic attitude toward residents. Computer skills sufficient to print documents and enter information. Active: able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop all day. Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds frequently. Ability to assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking, including after a fall. Valid criminal clearance required.
