Action Officer - Level 3

Job Overview This position will support the Fort Worth Fabrication and Tooling Director as the ‘Action Officer’ responsible for oversight of organizational strategic and tactical planning and execution. Responsibilities Manage the operating rhythm, including scheduling, pre‑ and post‑planning activities. Bridge functional gaps, building relationships to solve problems and ensure seamless cross‑functional execution. Coordinate short‑, medium‑, and long‑term strategy execution for the build team. Monitor, support, and index success measures aligned with the organization’s vision and initiatives. Assist the Director with time allocation, prioritization, and act as an extension of the Director’s intent. Required Qualifications Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint. Experience in creating and interpreting executive‑level presentations and other forms of communication. Manufacturing and/or production operations experience. Project management and decision‑making experience utilizing business and financial acumen. Experience effectively managing budgets. Previous experience organizing employee engagement events. Desired Skills Experience interpreting, creating, and documenting policies and procedures. Proven ability to prioritize competing objectives and meet deadlines. Demonstrated ability to work across multiple functions and lines of business. Excellent organization and time‑management skills. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Experience with a union‑represented workforce. Change‑management skills. Knowledge of EVMS systems and processes. Root‑cause/corrective action experience. Technical fabrication knowledge. Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education. Additional Information MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN. This position is located at a facility that requires special access. Clearance Level: None Relocation Available: Possible Shift: First Work Schedules: 4×10 hour day, 3 days off per week.
