Collision Estimator

Collision Estimator Classic Collision was established in 1983 and is located in Atlanta, Georgia. We are seeking a Collision Estimator to provide accurate estimates and excellent customer service throughout the repair process. Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for the customer throughout the repair process from drop‑off to vehicle delivery. Prepare estimates for customers and insurance partners according to manufacturer and company guidelines. Partner with insurance companies to manage customer claims and ensure the best customer experience. Maintain communication with customers, providing updates on the repair process. Coordinate with technicians to confirm all aspects of damage are identified. Maintain customer satisfaction scores according to company standards. Perform quality inspection prior to vehicle delivery to the customer. Perform other related duties as assigned. Qualifications Must be at least 18 years of age. Valid Driver's License required. Ability to provide clear, concise information in writing, via phone, and in person. Familiarity with estimating systems (CCC1 preferred). I‑CAR / ASE certification preferred. Strong organizational skills. Successful completion of a background check required. Physical & Environmental Demands While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use their hands and is required to talk and hear. The employee is frequently required to stand, sit, and walk occasionally for long periods at a time. The employee may occasionally be required to reach with hands and arms and move objects up to 20 pounds. Specific vision abilities required include close vision, peripheral vision, and the ability to adjust focus. The employee must be able to assess the accuracy, neatness, and thoroughness of the work assigned.
