Project Manager (Hybrid)

Location: Mettawa, IllinoisJob Type: ContractCompensation Range: $45 - 49 per hourCella is seeking a Project Manager on behalf of our client, a leader an American pharmaceutical industry, for a 12-month contract position in Mettawa, IL. The Project Manager will manage the end-to-end creation, development, and routing of interactive visual aid (IVA) content across the enterprise. Positioned within an innovative digital lab environment, this role serves as a key technical and operational bridge between marketing teams, external creative agencies, and platform product owners. Candidates must be commutable to Mettawa, IL.Responsibilities:Build and develop Veeva Closed Loop Marketing (CLM) and IVA content using provided assets within Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).Act as the project originator for routing completed Veeva CLMs through the formal Material Review Process prior to sales and marketing deployment.Collaborate directly with internal teams and external agency partners to update design files, refine layout components, and optimize template structures.Maintain a comprehensive inventory of digital components and template types across the organization to ensure cross-team scalability.Identify and report platform enhancements or technical issues to the product owner to assist in driving the platform development roadmap.Participate in agency feedback sessions to evaluate tools, processes, and deployment strategies.Manage multiple digital projects simultaneously, ensuring strict adherence to timelines and regulatory requirements.Qualifications:Ability to work on-site in Mettawa, IL three days per week as part of a hybrid schedule.Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Business, Marketing, or a related field.Minimum of 3 years of experience developing, building, and executing Veeva CLM/IVA content within Veeva CRM.Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and Adobe Assets.Proficient with industry-standard digital tools, including Figma, Veeva PromoMats, and Workfront.Strong editing, proofreading, and written/verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical details for business stakeholders.Experience in a highly regulated industry (such as pharmaceutical or healthcare marketing) or digital agency environment is preferred.JOBID: 072026-140591#LI-CELLA#LI-AU2#PLEqual Opportunity Employer: Race, Color, Religion, Sex, Sexual Orientation, Gender Identity, National Origin, Age, Genetic Information, Disability, Protected Veteran Status, or any other legally protected group status.At Cella, a randstad digital company, we welcome people of all abilities and want to ensure that our hiring and interview process meets the needs of all applicants.
