W Scottsdale Cottontail Lounge / Living Room / WET Deck is currently looking for Door Hosts to join the team! Key Responsibilities: Greet guests warmly, check IDs, enforce dress code, and perform bag checks when necessary. Ensure every guest feels welcomed and valued upon arrival. Acknowledge reservations, accommodate requests, and relay info to the host stand. Monitor guest activity and alert management of unusual behavior. Communicate with staff to ensure smooth guest experiences. Provide personalized service for VIPs and special events. Patrol the venue and monitor entrances, exits, and restricted areas. Log incidents, secure lost items, and respond to inquiries. Offer accurate directions and venue details when needed. Other duties as assigned. Previous experience in security, loss prevention, hospitality, customer service, or similar environment enforcing company policy, rules, regulations, etc. preferred. Ability to uphold a polished and professional appearance at all times, adhering to the restaurant’s luxury standards. High attention to detail with the ability to monitor surroundings, crowds, and guests to spot potential disturbances, safety hazards, or unauthorized individuals. Ability to assist with physical tasks like rearranging seating, providing support during heavy bottle service presentations, and handling any physical demands that arise. Ability to maintain a calm, friendly demeanor in a fast-paced environment. Excellent verbal communication skills for interacting with guests, coworkers, and management. Problem-solving skills for addressing guest concerns and unexpected issues efficiently. Required security certifications. Tremendous growth opportunities with a thriving company!
