This position supports advisors and clients by managing day-to-day service requests, including account opening and maintenance, documentation processing, and responding to client inquiries. The role involves coordinating with custodians and other financial institutions, preparing client reports and meeting materials, and tracking follow-ups to ensure timely resolution of service issues. The Client Services Associate will maintain accurate client records, assist with onboarding new clients, and help refine service processes to enhance the client experience. This role requires a professional demeanor, discretion, and a strong commitment to delivering responsive, high-quality service in a wealth management environment. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Client Services and Customer Service skills to support a high-touch, relationship-driven advisory environment. Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to interact clearly and professionally with clients, advisors, and external partners. Candidates should possess Customer Support skills to manage inquiries, resolve issues, and follow through on service requests. Candidates should possess foundational Finance knowledge to understand investment accounts, transactions, and wealth planning concepts. Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and data entry. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and comfort with financial and CRM software systems. Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team setting, maintain confidentiality, and exercise sound judgment.
