HR Generalist: Full-Cycle Recruiting & Employee Experience

Kaizen Lab Inc.

JM Test Systems, located in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to support the full employee lifecycle. You will lead recruiting efforts, manage employee relations, and ensure compliance with employment laws. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of HR experience, a Bachelor’s degree, and strong communication skills.
