Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field preferred. 2-4 years experience in PCB-level product design, IC selection, BOM development, and related EE engineering activities. Experience in electronic regulatory compliance (electrical, electronic, and/or radio frequency standards). Proficiency in appropriate computer design software (e.g., OrCAD, Altium, EagleCAD, KiCAD, DipTrace, UpVerter) required. Experience writing embedded firmware code; RF (radio frequency) product design, IoT, and machine learning is a plus. Project management and other regulatory compliance activities are a plus. Strong problem-solving and organizational skills; strong communication and presentation skills.Experience Level: Intermediate LevelJob Type & Location: This is a Permanent position based out of Lancaster, PA.Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $85000.00 - $100000.00/yr.
