Licensed Mental Health Clinician (LMHC/LMFT/LPC)

About the Role
As a Licensed Mental Health Clinician, you will provide high-quality clinical services to residents of long-term care and rehabilitation centers in Nassau County, New York. Your expertise will help improve the quality of life for our patients, addressing mental health concerns and promoting overall wellness. Your duties will include:
Conducting individual and group therapy sessions
Developing and implementing treatment plans
Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
Documenting patient progress and maintaining accurate records
Participating in continuing education and professional development
