Responsibilities:

• Provide quality clinical services to patients in long-term care and rehabilitation centers, including individual, group, and family therapy sessions

• Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each patient

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care

• Conduct assessments and screenings to identify mental health issues and develop effective treatment plans

• Maintain accurate and timely records of patient progress and treatment plans

Requirements:

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field
