Customer Support & Administrative Coordinator

Location: Phoenix, AZ 85034 Schedule: MondayFriday, 6:00 AM 2:30PM Pay Rate: $20$23 per hour, depending on experience

Position Overview: We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Customer Support & Administrative Coordinator to join our team at our downtown Phoenix facility. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working directly with customers, staying organized, and supporting daily office operations. The right candidate will have strong communication skills, basic Excel knowledge, and the ability to handle invoicing tasks (QuickBooks experience preferred).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide professional and timely customer support via phone, email, and in person
  • Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and route requests as needed
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation
  • Assist with customer invoicing and billing (QuickBooks)
  • Perform basic data entry and reporting using Microsoft Excel
  • Support general administrative and office tasks
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth daily operations

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data entry, simple spreadsheets)
  • Experience with QuickBooks for invoicing is preferred but not required
  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced office environment
  • Dependable, punctual, and comfortable working an early schedule
  • Previous administrative or customer support experience preferred
