South Mountain Community College (SMCC) reflects the diversity of the surrounding community, a rich mix of rural, urban, and suburban neighborhoods. Many of our students arrive from Phoenix, Laveen, Tempe, Guadalupe, and the surrounding area to attend classes at the main campus or our offsite facility in Guadalupe; we also offer evening courses in Laveen at Betty Fairfax High School. 30% Coordinate division initiatives and ensure alignment across IT, Facilities, HR, and Fiscal Services. Monitor budgets and assist with fiscal reporting and procurement processes.

Minimum Qualifications Associate's Degree from a regionally accredited institution and three (3) years of administrative office support, secretarial, or related experience providing office coordination activities, preferably involving executive-level staff. - Experience working in a multi-functional administrative division (IT, HR, Fiscal, Facilities)
- Budget tracking or fiscal monitoring experience
- Experience coordinating cross-departmental projects
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, Slides)
- Experience working in public-sector or higher education environments
- Experience preparing executive-level materials, documents and reports
