- 3-5 years of total IT industry experience with 2-3 years in Salesforce.com development (coding), implementation, administration, and configuration
- Hands-on experience in Omnistudio in minimum 2 projects or one project with more than 10 months experience
- Experience with production deployment using change-set/eclipse/ANT migration tool, solving deployment errors
- Domain Experience: Healthcare (if applicable)
- Experience in LWC, Apex, Lightning Web Components, OmniStudio, Salesforce deployment practices
- Technical leadership experience guiding developers, reviewing designs and code, enforcing development standards, resolving complex technical issues
- Experience with integrations, Visualforce, SOQL, and JavaScript frameworks
- Salesforce.com Certifications: Developer Certification (Platform Dev 1) and AppBuilder Certification required; Advanced Developer Certification (DEV 501 or Platform Dev 2) desirable; Advanced Admin (ADM301) or Consultant Certifications good to have
- Force.com platform development skills including Aura framework and integrations
- Knowledge of governor limits, coding best practices, Apex coding limitations
- Experience with workflow rules, validation rules, approval processes, reports, and dashboards
- Experience with Apex Data Loader or ETL tools like Informatica, Boomi, Cast Iron, Mulesoft is a plus
- Experience with database development, SQL or PL/SQL, stored procedures
- Good understanding of Salesforce Admin activities: user creation, role/profile setup, security setup
