Job Title: Salesforce QA Lead

Start: Immediate

Duration: 6-12 Months to start

Location: Remote

Clearance: Active Secret Clearance or higher

No 3rd Party Vendors

Key Responsibilities

Lead QA strategy, test planning, execution, and reporting for Salesforce Service Cloud.

Develop test scenarios, test cases, scripts, and test data.

Perform functional, integration, regression, system, and end-to-end testing.

Test Salesforce Service Cloud / Service Console, Case Management, Queues, Workflows, Flows, Reports & Dashboards.

Validate Salesforce configurations, customizations, integrations, and data.

Manage defects through identification, triage, tracking, retesting, and closure.

Coordinate and support UAT with business stakeholders.

Perform regression and smoke testing following Salesforce releases/deployments.

Maintain requirements traceability and QA documentation.

Provide QA status, quality metrics, risks, and release-readiness recommendations.

Collaborate with Salesforce Developers, Administrators, Architects, BAs, and project stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 7+ years of QA/testing experience.

Strong hands-on Salesforce Service Cloud testing experience.

Experience with functional, integration, regression, and UAT testing.

Experience with defect/test management tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps.
