Join the TMI family and experience the gratification that comes from helping others live a fulfilling life they love!A day in the life of a Facilitator: As a facilitator, you will start your day by meeting with the client at an agreed upon location. The facilitator will provide necessary one-on-one support to the client for that day's activity and/or event. If the client's goal is to register for school, the facilitator will assist in all aspects of signing the client up. If the client's goal is to improve their communication and socialization skills, the facilitator will provide support by having the client participate in the community. If the client's objective is employment, the facilitator will assist the client in building a resume, applying for a job, practicing mock interviews, and when the client is hired. The facilitator supports the client for at least 3 to 4 hours per session two to three times a week.
