Direct Support Professional (DSP) / Personal Assistant We are seeking a proactive, organized, and bilingual (Spanish/English) Direct Support Professional to support an adult with Autism who presents in a non‑stereotypical way and benefits from structured, consistent assistance. This role blends personal assistance, administrative support, and daily living assistance within a collaborative team environment. Key Responsibilities Provide person‑centered support to an individual with Autism who does not fit traditional or stereotypical profiles Assist with administrative tasks, including organizing mail, reviewing forms, and helping maintain schedules and appointments Support daily routines, including ensuring the client is regularly eating, hydrating, and maintaining basic wellness needs Offer gentle prompts and structure to help the client stay on track with tasks and commitments Collaborate with a multidisciplinary support team to maintain consistency and communication Provide encouragement, and practical assistance in home and community settings Maintain a calm, professional presence and adapt support to the client’s unique communication and processing style Required Qualifications Bilingual in Spanish and English Strong organizational and administrative skills Ability to work proactively and independently while following team guidance Comfortable providing personal assistance and daily living support Reliable, patient, and able to maintain professional boundaries Willingness to collaborate with a support team Sensory & Safety Requirements Due to client sensitivities and safety needs, staff must avoid strong scents, including perfume, cologne, body sprays, and fragranced products while on shift. #J-18808-Ljbffr
