Medical Assistant – Float Team | Clinical + Front Office

Nextaff of Sarasota is hiring an experienced Medical Assistant for a unique float opportunity with a fast-growing, multi-office medical practice serving Sarasota and Manatee counties. You'll become a versatile member of the team, working in both clinical and front-office roles and supporting multiple locations. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity with a clear path to permanent employment.

The ideal candidate isn't limited to the back office or the front desk. You're comfortable moving between clinical patient care and administrative responsibilities and can quickly adapt to different teams and locations. You'll need:

• 1+ year of Medical Assistant experience
• Hands-on phlebotomy/blood draw experience
• Strong clinical and front-office skills
• EMR/EHR experience and solid computer skills
• Excellent communication and patient-service skills
• Flexibility to work at multiple locations throughout Sarasota and Manatee counties
• A dependable, team-first attitude

What's in it for you:

$22–$23 per hour, based on experience

Full-time Monday–Friday schedule
