Job Description The Senior Accountant is responsible for general accounting functions including journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, financial statement analysis, and P&L guidance for Restaurant Leaders. The Senior Accountant will support month-end and year-end close processes, analyze financial data, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial operations. Your Impact And Responsibilities Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial statements Ensure compliance with GAAP, internal policies, and external regulations Support and lead month-end and year-end closing activities Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement Answer P&L questions from Restaurants and Restaurant Support Office Crewmembers Qualifications 3-5 years of accounting experience Bachelor's degree in accounting Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting Detail-oriented, organized and able to manage multiple priorities that may be constantly changing Self-driven, flexible, and highly energetic with strong written and verbal communication skills Able to work effectively and efficiently both independently and collaboratively Microsoft Proficient: Excel, PowerPoint, and Word Preferred Qualifications Workday Financials experience All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
