Job Responsibilities

• Craft Tailored Treatment Plans: Analyze individual patient needs and devise personalized therapy strategies aimed at helping them meet their functional goals.

• Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Work alongside other OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to deliver well-rounded, comprehensive care.
• Educate Patients and Families: Guide patients and their caregivers in therapy practices for fostering progress at home.
• Evaluate and Document Progress: Keep track of clinical advancements and modify treatment approaches as necessary to ensure patients are on the right path.

Education Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Encouragement for ongoing education and additional certifications following degree completion.

Required Certifications

• Valid Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license.
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is mandatory.
