What Matters Most

• Competitive Pay of $17.00 per hour
• Schedule: Monday – Friday - 1st Shift: 6:00am – 2:30pm (OT as needed)
• Location: Charlotte, NC (28273)
• Temporary position with potential for additional assignments
• Weekly Pay with direct deposit or pay card

Job Description
As a Forklift Operator, you will play a key role in supporting warehouse operations for a leading packaging company. This position involves operating a sit-down forklift to move materials, load/unload shipments, and ensure efficient product flow throughout the facility. It’s a safety-focused role in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities:

• Operate a sit-down forklift to transport materials throughout the warehouse
• Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently
• Move raw materials and finished goods to designated areas
• Assist with inventory control and product organization
• Work alongside team members to meet production and shipping deadlines
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Always follow all safety policies and procedures

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Prior experience operating a sit-down forklift required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
• Ability to lift, move, and handle materials as needed
• Positive attitude and ability to work in a team setting
• Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus

The base pay range for this position is $35,360, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final compensation will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future growth.
