Great Clips at Tuckahoe Village is seeking a talented, motivated, and enthusiastic licensed Salon Manager to join our fun, family-oriented team!!

As a Salon Manager, you'll play a key role in building and leading a high-performing team dedicated to delivering outstanding customer service and achieving exceptional salon results. You'll have the opportunity to inspire, coach, and develop stylists while continuing to provide a championship haircut experience for your own clients.

Key Responsibilities:

· Lead, motivate, and inspire a team of talented stylists ensuring excellent customer service

· Foster a positive, supportive, and results-driven salon culture

· Deliver an exceptional customer experience with every haircut

· Recruit, coach, and develop team members to reach their full potential

· Help drive salon performance and achieve business goals

· Maintain inventory and manage supplies

· Implement training programs and team-building activities

· Develop marketing strategies to attract new clients
